This can include tailored solutions and people strategies, such as talent management, skills and mobility, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and well being.

    Organisations are constantly changing, either through internal reforms and digital transformation or driven by external factors and the funding landscape. I work with leaders and teams to navigate and embrace change in a clear, structured and people centred approach. This can include organisational structure review, portfolio realignments and project scale ups/down.

  • Team coaching

    Team coaching can enhance performance, improve innovation and increase collaboration. I work with a structured approach to team coaching, developing and enhancing team performance and effectiveness. This includes work on goal alignment, enhanced collaboration, improved problem solving and team cohesion.
