I am a Chartered Fellow CIPD, with a wealth of experience in HR leadership and as an accredited EMCC coach and certified workplace mediator, I provide specialized support for both leaders and teams.

With over 20 years of experience in senior HR and change management roles within the United Nations and international NGOs, I bring a wealth of expertise and insight across people and culture, strategy, leadership and change management. I draw on my own leadership experience in international organisations and bring these insights to my work.
